Looking for a smaller boa… → dwarfs
That black iridescence… → IMG
Thus I ask if there are smaller IMGs or if they all grow big.

For a boa, Idk any but there are other snakes that have img as well as mbk and black house snake
Yes, there are boa IMGs which is why I’m asking this question

Tarahumara Boas are among the smallest of all Boa Constrictors, and while they are not as black as IMGs, they are very dark.

There’s debate whether there is a Boa Sigma img but the people I know with a lot of experience long term breeding Sigma say it’s a marketing ploy. Just look for some with small locality mixed in to try and get one on the smaller side.
