Asking about 66% Het

I would like to ask if I have a 66% het ball python, how can I know if it carries the recessive gene or not

You have to prove it by breeding it to one that is 100% het/proven or preferably a visual. If they then produce visuals you know that it carries it, if not then it most likely does not

Which gene is it? You might be able to test through RGI

Yeah, or just het, the numbers are mostly relevant when they aren’t proven yet (:

RGI would deffinitly be the best way to test then as you don’t have to breed and it to prove it is or isn’t a het
