Asking about crossbreeding

Hello, is it possible to crossbreed greeri kingsnake with other kingsnake like florida, cornsnake and milksnake?

It is possible. Scaleless cornsnakes were the result of a crossbreeding to ratsnakes.

But there’s always debate on how ethical it is, especially when you’re working with a locality of a species. Personally, with colubrids I want mine to be as pure blood as possible.

There are some that like their lines to stay 100% pure.
Some like to work with a specific cross. For example a 50% CalKing 50% Okeetee Corn.
And others just breed mutts that have a mix of multiple localities and species.

If you do decide to crossbreed it’s best to let the buyer know exactly what you have crossbred. So do keep good records. Also be prepared because you may run into people who are less kind about the discussions or breeding of crossbreeding elsewhere online.
