The thread is, and has been, globally pinned to the top of the forum since it went up. I can’t really make it more visible than it already is. The reality is that we don’t really have that many daily active users, and some people just may not be interested in participating.

One issue could be the lack of notifications. I completely forgot about my OTM submission from last month, and just happened to see that I was a winner today. I don’t receive any notifications from community unless I actually come on here and check. Edit: I just saw I had live notifications disabled.
