Bad seller or bad customer

I am new to MorphMarket and was trying to purchase three crested geckos. I asked a lot of questions since buying online is a mixed bag. She had plenty of good ratings so I was comfortable in purchasing. This week she increased the price on a gecko that she put on sale, refused to send pictures of another geckos tail and refunded all money after the sale. This seller even blocked me when I was not rude, insulting, derogatory. Did I do something in asking about her pricing or is she just a bad seller?

Without having details from both sides, it is not easy for any of us to say where any issues may lay. I will note that we generally try to avoid customer service type issues here on the boards. If you feel there is a reason to elevate this you can contact the MM Support team directly and they can look in to it further: support@morphmarket.com

Definitely follow Travis’s advice as far as support if you need to.
I’m just going to poke a couple things as far as general thoughts.

On sale as in just an ad?
Or a sale price like this image?

The red number will change once the sale is over. It’s only set up for a limited time. The price will also change back to the original after an auction ends and reserve isn’t met. That’s normal.

That said … Even if it wasn’t a marked sale, the seller can change prices as they like and can charge what they want. However, if the price changes after you agreed to a price and paid them, that can be an issue to discuss with support.

The rest as Travis said, we can’t really say here. The saying goes “there’s always 2 sides and the truth”. But the market support is there for any issues you feel you may have had.

There is really isn’t enough to go to support. It was an odd and unsettling interaction. The only solution is I don’t buy from that seller. Just thought that maybe I would see what someone else thought. Thank you.
