My ball python is an orange dream banana pied, but some of his siblings are banana pied mahogany and banana pied, and I think one other trait. He’s not visible for the mahogany trait, but would it be in his gene code if his siblings had it, meaning his parents passed it down? Would this make him het for mahogany?

Mahogany is an incomplete-dominant gene, not recessive… meaning it will not be hidden in his genetic code.
Het for Mahogany would be a visual Mahogany. Since it is inc-dom only one copy of the gene is needed to be visually present. If there were 2 copies present it would make a Super Mahogany, a.k.a Suma.
If it is not visually Mahogany it means there are no copies of the gene present in the animal and thus will not produce Mahogany in its offpsring.
So no, he is not Mahogany and has no capability to produce them.
