Any guess as to what this baby could be? Pairing was a GHI Mojave het pied x Mahogany dh Clown pied.

Hmm that’s an interesting looking hatchling. My thoughts initially before seeing the parent info was that there is Leopard in this one… maybe this one is a Leopard Mahogany Mojave?
Mind sharing a photo of each parent? It’d help visually if maybe there’s an extra gene at play.
Edit: IDs are also more accurate after hatchlings have their first shed since color and tone can change drastically afterwards.

Dad is the mahogany dh clown pied. He had another clutch last month and none were anything other than mahogany or Suma. Mom is the Ghi Mojave but I’m 99% sure whatever is in these came from her.

I suspect mojave mahogany and something yellowbelly complex, given the pixelation and bubbling near the belly. Mom or dad could easily hide yb complex.
