I’m slowly integrating clowns to my collection, what’s your favorite 2 gene clown combo that ages really well without dg in it?

IMMEDIATELY my head goes to cypress, but I might be bias since what little I kept of my collection my only breeder female is cypress

For me it’s all about contrast and color. I think Spotnose always holds its contrast in the Clown version well. Add combinations of Red Stripe, Fire, YB or OD, and I believe it will stay fairly bright as well.

I’m gonna be real… I don’t like the way clown ages. I just don’t. I think I’ve seen maybe two or three total adults that have looked impressive. That said, you know what does age well? Crypton. (Het clown het cryptic). Gotta get more people into crypton! I have multiple clown animals in my collection and every one of them is for creating crypton combos.
