Black ball pythons

Hello, in the breeding project I have a plan for all black snakes. I already have information that it is best to produce them with super black pastel, but are there other combinations from which I can obtain them and I do not hide it, I am looking for as many of them as possible in the clutch

Do be aware that the 8 ball complex does have issues.
Many super black pastels, super cinnamons or combinations of the two will hatch out with kinks or facial deformities. It is not an easy project for beginners.

Wherever/whoever you got that information from is completely wrong. Super blk pastel results in very very high rates of kinked, deformed, and unhealthy babies. Not to say all of the time but it is absolutely not the best option. something like a GHI Suma is a much better option

Right? Going to start seeing more of them as people become aware. I don’t have either of those genes but sure wish I did.

I have a female Black Pastel Huffman, while not jet black, she’s very dark.

Super mahogany (suma) with one copy of either cinnamon or black pastel makes a very dark snake. Suma cinnamon is what I’m trying for to get a black ball python. If you already have black pastel I would try working that into a suma. If you haven’t acquired one yet I would start with a mahogany that also has either black pastel or cinnamon in it. Blackhead and GHI are also great.
