If I was to breed a pure black knight male to a mac snow black knight female what would the ratio end up like. They are unrelated.

Black night is a polymorphic gene, so the inheritance doesn’t have a ratio. There’s no real way to know how the offspring will look without knowing how the parents and grandparents looked. You can end up with anything from almost normal looking to a darker gecko than the parents depending on the lines.
As for the Mack snow you’ll end up with a mix of:
25% ‘normal’
50% Mack snow
25% Super Mack snow
As a heads up, super Mack snow can have some facial deformities or issues with poor growth rates compared to other geckos.
The male is pure fz line from europe so he is jet black, I also have a younger female sibling (different year) but I think breeding them together isnt ideal so I wanted to outcross.

Polygenic traits take some work and yes, breeding them together isn’t a great idea. Will the babies probably look darker than an outcross? Probably. But they can also be more prone to deformities or weak offspring because establishing a good polygenic line can require that ‘line breeding’. So father to daughter, granddaughter to grandsire sort of thing.
The more you outcross the more it dilutes them. I would also consider them a "Fz line cross’ after that if I were breeding them. At the very least, I would breed each sibling to the darkest non related gecko you can. The darkest offspring can then be crossed to the uncle or aunt so they’re not immediate siblings or parent to offspring.
Rinse and repeat~
BN is becoming more available, so soon there will be a number of really beautiful dark outcrossed geckos like you can find in tangerine lines. It’s just still in the early stages so it’s still a bit frustrating to play the roulette on the resulting offspring.
Yes I might do one trial pairing to see how it is, if it produces problems it wont be done again. I do want to do tangerine BK aswell so might search for what I can find in females to cross my male out and keep my girl until I find a perfect male for her. Thanks for the help!
