You two are killing me!! I have been trying to put off getting a VPI or a VPI IMG male. I keep seeing some on MM I want but keep talking myself out of it for now. But your two boas are so nice looking. My female red rum het VPI still needs 4 years to go before breeding her. So I do have time to find the right male at a price, I think, is fare. Here are some pics of her. She is not a happy camper today.

Here is Venus. She is one of my keepers from last year. She is a BCCXBCI hypo het albino. I am so glad her tail color is staying a nice maroon / dark red. She should make some killer look sunglows in 4 or 5 years.

Here is the male I plan on breeding Venus to. He is a BCCXBCI hypo jungle het albino. I have not named him yet.
He is her brother, so all the babies will be F1. But I want to keep this bloodline 50% Northern Brazilian. This way I can make big sunglows. I don’t want any dwarf boa blood in my sunglows.

Well you know I second that 100%. those sun glows are going to be incredible, Tom. The hets are looking killer. That red rum is beautiful. A year or two and those IMG price tags will probably be a bit lower so I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for. I’ve been trying real hard not to get in trouble with an IMG RLT that boamorph has posted up right now and just keep telling myself to hold out until they come down a bit.
@flrt-dennis once Blush has enough size I plan to put Ink to her. Hopefully I’ll end up with an Ink doppelgänger and send it your way. If I hit the genetic lotto with it in jungle snow format then it’s gotta stay right here. That’s my dream snake from those two!
Matt that VPI is beautiful. Is he part of your Sterling VPI project? Looking to where you take those. I love how much variability there is in the T+ albinism and how they get more defined and colorful as they age. The purple tongues and vibrant eyes are a trip too. I need to get a cool weathered chunk of wood. Sure does make for some great photos, great work!

Well, maybe in the future, I may have something you want, and you may have a VPI male I like. Then we can just do a trade, and we both get what we want without spending too much besides shipping. Trading works well for me as my wife hates when I spend money on boas.
