Tbh I have no idea, im totally just going to have to prove them out bc too many genes to get a good look at just the hypo portion to even guess :joy: Im pretty sure the aztec is a Jungle, his dads head stripe is like a cross and this ones head stripe is broken. Its pattern is also much more crisp.

The IMG thickens patterns and the jungle does some stuff too so the super hypo ones are to remain a mystery.

Ive got a vpi snow ill breed to the aztec in 2 years but TBH my favorite part about these are how red the top remains and the sides go black, almost seems like a waste to add anery that will get rid of my favorite part of img vpi suntecs

@mattcookreptiles

Congratulations, fantastic litter, Matt. If they were here, I don’t think i would let any go.

The one I circled in blue is a jungle and a super hypo, in my opinion. I see stuff in this one I look for.

The two circled in red are jungles, in my opinion. I’m not sure about super hypo small chance they are, too. More so in the bottom one in the red circle.

The one circled in yellow, I believe, is a low expression jungle. Broken head strip. I kind of see the two-tone horizontal line in its side. Might show up better after it sheds.

I agree thats what i was thinking as well on all of those

Matt, now that I take a second look, the one in the bottom right. Where the blue and yellow line crossed over, it could also be a jungle, too. It’s very clean on top, and I do see a horizontal line on its side.

That VPI throws a curveball when trying to determine Jungle by using lateral line identification. I would imagine the IMG will add some intensity in that lateral while the Aztec chunking on the top really makes my head spin. I think the yellow is the clean version of jungle with Aztec dominant. The center of the dorsal blocks are faded while the rims are darkened. The pyramids are also slightly wonky versus the other aztecs clean blocky pyramids. I would probably hold back yellow and that crisp Aztec Img pos jungle bellow red.

O boy, if only resources were unlimited.

I really wish the litter was bigger because the mom has thrown some wicked patterns before and these didnt get all that obvious jungle look i was shooting for. With the IMG it makes it so difficult since IMG is also a pattern morph!

They will be shedding out any day now and ill be blowing the group up as they do!

@caron and @spottedbull Thank you!

@logar Thanks! The second pic is my ferrari pastel anery. She’s so clean and bright. I really hope she stays that light as she ages. The last pic is a orangasm pastel VPI Aztec Jungle. He is also very light. It’s like an airbrushed look. He has some nice color starting to show on his sides in the key holes on his dorsum pattern. I love the last saddle that runs the whole second half of his body into his tail. Really cool look!

@bryanf88 Thanks! She’s het leopard. Well, possible het but I’d be shocked if she didn’t prove. The het leopard/sigma influence is such a cool look IMO. Hopefully she passes it on to her offspring and I can produce some nice high contrast VPI snows/snowglows.
