The sunglows have labyrinth and jungle het anery
Mr Red’s Boy waiting patiently for his hopper this morning. Usually he’s hiding but he knows it’s feeding day! Intelligence young man! ![]()
I really like the look of this guys saddles.
Had two of my keepers out yesterday one female from last year and a new one from this year’s babies.
Thank you Tom! ![]()
You need to tell her, her head is to white to hide in the dark mulch. ![]()
Its a male but yeah white cant hide well at all their only safety is their enclosure …lol thats why albinism only survives in home at night under moonlight it would glow in the dark… normals would hide well … but these glow worms nope get snatched right up in the wild

#3 is my favorite. And # 5&6 are also one’s I like best.
I have decided to call my new Kahl sunglow line the Ember Sunglow. I have made one in 2025 and now 3 in 2026. With using the same adult male breed to 2 different females. He is my 50% Northern Brazilian hypo jungle het albino. I know I still have more breedings to do to make more. I also have a female that is 50% Northern Brazilian hypo het albino that I believe will prove out to be Ember boa. So when I breed both of these together this season I hope to make double dose Ember boas. I also have two more females that are 50 % Northern Brazilian that I will be breeding to different males this year and next year to see if they will produce any Ember boas.
Anyway here are some pictures of my Ember boa. They have an over all different body color than all other Kahl sunglows I see out there.
Ember sunglow is an awesome name for those - they’re smokin-hot! Those colors are so lovely, I’m curious to see how well it ages! Your albinos and sunglows have such great color in general, these guys are gonna be utter knockouts I bet.
Had my boy Tiki out while cleaning after a recent shed. It really seems like his blacks are coming in heaviest on the front half of his body, I can’t get over the way it contrasts against those really saturated orange-reds from the hypo. Even if he just stayed looking like this for the rest of his life, I’d think him a stunning animal.
Elijah Tiki is look better each time I see him. I am glad you had me help a little in picking him out. I love his head pattern his nose is so dark now and love his tail stripe. Thanks for the compliments on my boas. I am glad you got to see my Ember boa in person so you know how much better they are in person than in pictures.
Thank you, Tom! I’m happy as well - I was so torn between him and his brother, you were the deciding vote on which one I chose and I couldn’t be more glad for it. He’s been an amazing animal, and I can only see him getting better from here! Really hope he keeps his cool head pattern, the burnt orange against the black is so striking.
Your Embers are absolute knockouts, and I can vouch that as pretty as they are in the pictures, they’re so much more intense in person! ![]()
