I got this young leopard gecko yesterday and I don’t know what to name it because I don’t know the gender (sorry for the poor quality image)

your new gecko! Actually the pictures are not the best so I am not sure if the gecko experts here will be able to help. And it may be too young to tell yet.
Anyhoo, I am sure someone will come along to assist you! Btw, we all love pictures so we would love to see the top part of the little critter!

@caron is right, the photos aren’t the best for determining your little ones sex, so maybe take some focused photos in natural light? For example, here is my little girl:
