No way to tell about the hets, but he definitely looks like and Hypo Granite, and an especially ice one at that.

It’s hypo and it for sure appears to have some type of granite gene going on.

I would say that’s awesome craigslist find for 100 bucks. It doesn’t usually work out that way, and I am pleased that it did for you. Just make sure you quarantine if you have other snakes and take it to a vet to get checked out, just to be safe.
