Can anyone tell me what is happening with our BPs nose? I don’t see any signs of respiratory infection. No heavy breathing or mouth opening. Really worried about our boy.

I agree, looks like an injury more than a respiratory infection.
Has he been really digging down under things or wedging his nose into the area by the enclosure opening?
There’s a few reasons he could be doing this.
How is the heating situation in there? Temps and what kind of heat source?
Is there another BP nearby?
How is the enclosure set up? Has he been living in it long?
Has he had difficulty shedding around the face recently?

Poor guy. He’s rubbing on something. Looking at the top center of his head, it also looks like he had some shed sticking there at some point.
It would be a good idea to take a picture of the injured nose every few days to keep an eye on progress, positive or negative. It’s hard to see incremental change in real time.
