Just to make this short. All my snakes are in the same small room. If I have a few snakes paired / locked up is it a bad idea to go ahead and feed my other snakes?
Basically will the scent of rats cause any of my locked pairs to stop breeding?

I’ve never seen an issue with it, but I do also tend to pair on weekends and feed on weekdays. It’s rare for me to have both happen at the same time unless something comes up during the week.

No, feeding your other snakes while others are locked up will not cause an issue
