Would it be ok to feed one of my corn snakes a quail egg as a treat?

Sure, assuming the animal is of appropriate size. Rat snakes are known to feed on eggs in the wild

What about a young bci? I’m just making sure it won’t harm them in any way.
I have never heard of BCI eating eggs but I see no harm in trying
