Considering albino rats are the only legal rat to own in Alaska, you’ll have better luck actually searching locally for your request.

As far as I know, live rats cannot be shipped residentially in the US, not sure about non-contiguous though. I know some Canadian breeders work across pet shops, but not sure about the international border. I would try reaching out to some pet stores to see if they can get any imported for you or perhaps depending on how far away you are from the canada border, reach out to some canadian pet shops. I live in SC and in the contiguous 48 we pretty much can only pick up live rats in person, no shipping for us.
