@auriea ell I am looking at a chrome head but I also have spotted a carmel? head. But I have until next Wednesday to decide because I won’t be able to buy either until then. You know, end of month cash flow! lol!

Very cool! If I ever decide to get another STP species, I’ll probably get a Sumatran. I just love that glossy black with silver. It’s just such a classy, elegant colour scheme. Though Borneos are gorgeous too, and I know there are a few folks working with some Borneo morphs that look absolutely insane. In a perfect world, I’d have at least one of each STP species, because I really do love them all.
Super excited for you! I think I now have some inkling of how @lumpy feels every time he helps convince someone they need a boa in their life.

It might be obvious now, but i have had my question answered, thank you all for helping me get a better idea of stp healthy size with your pics and advice.
It seems like now people just want to show off their stps and i am totally cool with that! Show off them STP’s!

@jawramik So now I am now looking at a Borneo. . There are a few out there more in my price range. I think they are more the “normal wild” type. There is one with a very pretty stripe…… thoughts?

My carpet python gives me the same looks of death whenever i dare to show my face around him!
And if he’s not trying to bolt when I’m handling him, he’s squeezing my hands until my fingers turn blue and he starts wheezing from the effort. He’s a lil monster.
But unlucky for him I’m too handsy for my own good. I leave him alone for the most part, but there will always be a time when i just can’t restrain myself no more and go sticking my nose right into trouble!
