Chargebacks are an unfortunate risk when selling. We have created a few help guides to help prevent chargebacks, and to help you manage them if they do occur.
Chargeback Prevention
Many of the payment processors provide some sort of risk management options. Square DOES offer this, but it is something you need to enable on your individual Square account. We cannot do this for you.

Dealing with Chargebacks

Buyer Verification
We plan to have Buyer Verification available very soon (possibly even this week). This will be part of a paid buyer membership option. We will require it to be paid for a few reasons:
- Volume: We simply do not have the manpower to verify every single user on the site.
- Payment: Requiring an inexpensive membership will allow us to have a valid payment method on file for the buyer, which helps us verify their identity, along with a copy of their ID.
