I thought this might be a cool subject but also a useful subject, in assisting with the identification of genes in the mix. First I have to give credit to Ryan Homsey of Biological Canvas for being the inspiration for this thread. He had shared a picture of three snakes that had either Enchi, Leopard, or both. I thought that was excellent and so here we are.
Here is the first example. The animal on the bottom is Leopard Clown. The two on the right are Leopard Spotnose Clown. The two on the left are Lesser Leopard Spotnose Clown. So that is the difference just 2 additional genes can make in a combo.
I hope you enjoy and please contribute if you have similar types of photos.

So here is another example. I had a clutch of babies that could have Enchi, Chocolate, and Mojave present as well as Clown. I was fortunate enough to hit four different combinations of Clown in the same clutch. All are 66% Het Hypo but I haven’t tested yet to add that comparison. So in the first picture starting at the 9:00 o’clock position and going clockwise, the four combos are as follows:
9:00 = Enchi Mojave Clown
12:00 = Enchi Mojave Chocolate Clown
3:00 = Chocolate Mojave Clown
6:00 = Chocolate Enchi Clown
The second photo is inverted so the Enchi Mojave Clown is at 3:00 o’clock position and then they follow the same order clockwise.

That’s a really neat set of babies.
I haven’t had a fun little mix of genes in a clutch like that.
It’s definitely a handy thing to see though! I’d love seeing more examples like this.
The downside is just how the expression of certain genes can vary so much, so it’s not always accurate for every animal of the same combo. Although that could make for an interesting comparison between siblings too.

Excellent comparison shots.
Sometimes getting multiple animals bunched up into one area like this is a difficult task. Good job!
Seeing them all side by side like this is a very effective way to see how the genes stack. Thanks for sharing!

Here’s some photos I took a couple years ago comparing Enchi, Enchi Leopard, and Leopard. They’re also het clown and het ultramel, got some eggs from this clutch this year!
