Those are some bodacious looking reds Dean! With corn babies like those, I am glad I’m not the one deciding upon which one/ones to keep!

Everyone else is getting redder in the pale areas as expected for a blood, but not him really. Or very slowly. This is what I’d expect.

Maybe my favorite thing I’ve ever hatched. Bantam Miami Caramel Shatter Stripe girl. In the old days, I wanted my pewters to look like this. Never got there. Who needs Black Diamond?

the bloods, thinking how pretty they are, then got to the non-blue pic of Aspen and thought, huh? Yeah, he’s a wee bit different.

Yeah, there’s some slight pie-ing going on here and there with the clutch. Probably not enough to label. So I don’t know if he got a bunch of it or if it’s something else. Even right out of the egg he looked different.

Here’s Aspen, the kinda weird Tessera Bloodred after Shed 4. I think he gained some ground red, but he’s still got a very light wash over him, especially in the back.
