Corn Snake Breeding 2024

Thanks! Should get a bunch of good ones, hopefully with more than a few who will grow into that look.

Need to get more pics. I am good about updating pics on anybody who’s listed or potentially listed for sale. My known AGN (ain’t going nowhere) babies don’t necessarily get as many photo ops, nor necessarily get new photos uploaded to their pages. When working on breeding plans a couple months ago, I realized that I needed to take pics since other people would be wanting to see the parents. One of the males hadn’t had new pics posted since he was eating pinkies. Lol

Some pics for @caron of her boy Beancurd, and the ‘rents, Sunny (same morph) and Rico.

My boy my boy! I love you already handsome boy!

Man oh man the ‘rents are stunners! Thank you Dean!

I like how he has a cuter version of his mom’s head stamp.

Yes he does! It looks like he has little bunny ears in the head stamp! What is he eating?

He ate a small fuzzy, about 3.5g. I think he’s 23g, so after digesting, he’ll be ready for regular fuzzies.

His sister Bokchoy is also leaving when weather permits. Miami Masque het Caramel Cinder Sunkissed, 66ph Bantam Stripe.

And sister Eggroll will be going with Bokchoy.

Ok that sounds good! I am so excited to get him as well as the “surprise” newbie! Unfortunately the weather here is going to be very cold through a week from next Tuesday! :weary: So shipping may not take place till February! To get to me everything goes through Memphis……

Awwwww. I’m glad they are going together! They can keep each other company!

Yeah, frigid weather for the foreseeable future.

The surprise one ate yesterday. About the same size as Beancurd. Ready for fuzzies.

Yay! Well if it’s a boy his name is going to be “Dean”. If it’s a girl her name will be “Deana”. Whatta ya think?

Hahahaha. That’s up to you! Its current name is a little strange.

I personally think Dean and Deana are fine names!

Beautiful animals, Dean, all of them! I’m embarrassed to say that it took me a minute to figure out what/who you meant by “the 'rents.”

The winter is seriously winter this year! We are actually under a winter storm warning here. They’re forecasting up to 4" of snow right down to the beaches. (I live in on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.) Slightly further inland they’re calling for more. We’ve had flurries I think three times since I moved here in 1998…In 2014 there was an ice storm. We’ve never had actual inches of snow accumulation.

Well as a general rule I try to name my snakes after their breeders in some way. I don’t have to worry about what I am going to call them. I think all my guys deserve names……

But I love the name Beancurd and I like Beancurd the food!

Is that some amazing iridescence I’m seeing in your photos? If so, WOW!!!

Thanks! Yeah, when I do belly pics, I’m always looking for the right angle against the light to pick up some iridescence.

Stay on theme and breeder appreciation with Beancurd and Deancurd :joy: :joy: Totally joking but I couldn’t pass up the rhyme :joy: :joy:

Hey! That’s a great idea! Deancurd for a boy and Deanacurd for a girl!:+1::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Hah!! A mashup of two names I’m not so fond of.
