Me too.

Rico and I predicted accurately, and Sunny did indeed lay her eggs last night. 29 good eggs, zero slugs. She was huge, so after dropping 200g, she’s still 530g.

Thanks Caron! I think it’s the biggest clutch I’ve ever had.

Wow, tremendous clutch! And she looks in great shape after laying. Always nice to see.

Thanks Olivia! Yeah, I don’t need her to double-clutch, so hopefully she doesn’t. She didn’t last year.

Evelyn (Lava het Cinder) x Clive (Lava Cinder) clutch is hatching. No surprises yet, unfortunately. Only two male Lava Cinders are all the way out: Acorn and Poppy.

Very pretty! How do you choose names so fast? I’m still pondering.

Any pippies yet?

Hahaha. I have the clutch themes and names selected far in advance.

Probably leaving them alone until morning. There should be a bunch out.

How’s everybody doing? Who is out?

Well, not great news for this first clutch. Lots and lots of kinks. More euthanized than not, unfortunately. These two guys are doing well though.

I’m so sorry, @deanaii. It’s awful when that sort of thing happens. Breeding can really be heartbreaking at times. The healthy babies are really beautiful. Prayers for your heart’s ease, my friend. :broken_heart:

Thanks Caryl! It IS a bummer, but good stuff is coming.

Cashew has the tiniest, hard-to-find bump, so I’ll give her(?) a chance at a pet-only life and spare her the C-word.
