Craft time with Mr. Bo Nanners

Nanners is getting a new enclosure soon and im getting some fun stuff to deck it out. One such item is a mini canvas from the dollar tree. Figured I’d let Nanners "finger paint " some art work for his new home.

The artist picks his colors, red, yellow and purple

Got this idea from a mommy blogger who would let her kid finger paint through a baggie. If i do this again, I’d go with a bigger baggie, it messed with the paint a little.

Oh my gosh, this idea is adorable! I love the idea of “finger painting” through a plastic bag. And the pictures are too freaking cute. I love his painting! Mr. Bo Nanners is quite the artist.

Update.

Because i smeared the last one i painted over it in white and had nanners re do it. I also chose pastels because i had an idea to write/draw over it.

Nanners still helped to smoosh around the colors tho

Nanners has been really active at night lately. So I used his energy to redo the canvas.

When we did this with the toddlers at daycare we would open the bag an blow into it to lift the plastic and then let it dry a few hours in the open bag…less smearing and mess.

Ahhh, lol, I thought sir pentious was Stolas, but that makes more sense. Knew it was from one of those shows though! Don’t really watch either, but have seen clips.
