I am getting started in breeding CRBs. I have been doing extensive research but there doesn’t seem to be anything definitive when it comes to breeding. I’ve seen articles that stated they would be cooled in the spring to stimulate the wet season and at that time they should be put together in a 1.2 trio. I have also seen where nothing was done by the breeder and they threw the male with the females and were successful. So is there a right or wrong way or a way that seems to yield a higher success rate than another?
