Is a creamsicle and a yellow base harlequin the same thing? Aren’t both yellow base with white patterning or are there some special criteria for creamsicles that makes them different?

A creamsicle will have a brighter more orangey base than your average yellow based harlequin. Usually this means that in addition to YB and WP/Whiteout it’ll also have either red-base or tangerine, and typically also hypo
