Creating new modular outdoor enclosure

Hello All,
I have just started the research phase of building a large modular enclosure for Kidlat. He is now over 1 meter in length and want to ensure he has plenty of room. The enclosure will be 20’ wide and 15’ feet long and a height of 10’. I notice he spends a lot of time up high. Once in awhile will come down to swim in the pond then back up high again. So want to ensure he has lots of climbing and height so he feels more comfy. I’m considering using 2” pvc and build 5 foot panels and then connect them all to create the modular design. If anyone has ever built like this before would love some input and how well does it hold up outside? Also ideas on how to fasten 1/2 hardware cloth to the panels. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like an exciting project! What species is your pet?

Kidlat is a Varanus Cumingi also know as Philippine water monitor
