Update!!
The toes have come undone from one another.
He has formed hemipenes! A baby boy!
The feet still dont feel like they have claws. And they seem small to me. But hes thriving and loves hornworms and crickets!

The one is a little more wonky than the other, but definitely think he may have just had bad conditions at petco due to them shedding and getting better
