Crested gecko breeder?

I am not as of right now planning on breeding my crested gecko Neptoon but might breed him in the future. Would he make a good breeder or should I just keep him as a pet?

Sorry the pictures aren’t great
Also he isn’t fired up at all

Can u get any fired up pics? What do u want to produce, What’s your end goal?

That will really determine whether u should breed him or not.

Head structure seems okay, does he have lineage?

I will try to get some fired up pictures later today. My end goal would to make geckos similar to him. I would just want to make sure they would sell and wouldn’t add to geckos needing homes that nobody wants. This is also hypothetical and will not be breeding him, if I do at all, for some time. Thanks for the help

From a personal perspective, I’d stay clear of Harlequins just because there are so many.

But I love extremes/tigers & tricolours. However I’m hoping to produce soft scales as something different. They’re not that common near me and I absolutely love them. But most traits are common these days, unless your planning to spend lots

I would say he is about 75% fired up

He is very handsome. I’d breed him if he was one of my geckos

Looks like a. Drippy extreme tricolour with tiger trait, possibly carrying hypo too which pairing to a dark based female could prove that!

Defo a male if breed, he’s beautiful :black_heart:
