I’ve been told males have super long tails…and I’ve been told FEMALES have the super long tails. So which is it?

I’m not experienced with this species so I don’t know, but I’m interested in what others say about this 
Given the size, I am going to guess you have a female. There is a pretty decent sexual dimorphism in this species.
One very important thing for you. This species have a very VERY fragile skeleton so you should absolutely NEVER try to pop them or you will break/kink their spine. This can also make it very difficult to probe them unless you are very well accomplished in the technique.
