Determining instar for Jumping Spiders?

Does anyone know how to estimate what instar a jumping spider is at visually? I want to do my best to sorta emotionally prepare myself once I think the final molt has happened. I’m aware of their short lifespans, so I’d like to have a rough idea of where a jumper is in their life cycle to get a bit of a heads-up when possible.

Their lifespan is something I have not thought about. I would like this information as well. It’s sad to think that these cute little buggers have such a short time with us. They are so entertaining! :spider:
