So about 2-3 months ago I relocated all 3 of my Mourning Geckos to a temporary enclosure because I was having a terrible time finding them and their eggs in the 40gal enclosure I previously housed them in and I really wanted to keep track of them and their egg count.
Well over the course of that time both of my mature females have developed and laid eggs (I monitored them and watched the egg development through their semi-transparent bellies) at least twice.
Tonight I decided to thoroughly look through their temporary enclosure to find those eggs and there were absolutely none… I took out all of their cage decor, their fake plants, their sticks and hides, I even dug through all of the substrate and moss. Nada…
The only egg I have is this one that’s been staying comfy in this tube for a little while now… 
Here is my main concern:
•Are they eating their own eggs?
If so, is there a way I can prevent this from happening? All 3 females have full very visible calcium sacs at the sides of their neck, they get fed fruit flies 1x a week and Pangea G&B 2-3x a week.
Both of my adult females have new eggs developing already and I was really hoping that I could’ve been at a larger colony size at this point… but I’ve had issues finding eggs basically since they sexually matured. The 3rd female is the daughter of one of my adults and is big enough now that I can house her with them.
The largest adult female acts dominant over the other 2 as well. Not aggressive or attacking them, but she squeaks at them a lot and wiggles her tail/arches her back at them.
If anyone has any input/advice I’ll be more than glad to hear it 
I love these little Geckos and have been trying really hard to have a thriving colony.
