We do remove clearly sick or unhealthy animals from our marketplace. This one was reported, but we don’t have the expertise to make a judgment or want to do so based on one report.
Can anyone make a definitive call on whether this animal looks unhealthy?
Looks very dehydrated. The very visible spine combined with the depressions where the tail begins are indicators. Looks a lot like the typical imported wild caught adult. Most likely dehydrated and suffering from parasites. In my opinion not ready for shipping again.
