I brought home my first AFT in November 2022 and noticed that in the last few weeks she has had a much more voracious appetite and is more active and cruising around her tub (v70 size). I just realized that it was possible she brumated herself! Is that something that this species will do on their own?

As far as I’m aware you only lower temps when you breed fatties, I don’t know anyone myself who’s Brumate.
But during the year I find mine eat more often at certain times.
Same with all geckos.
