Not to me… the edging of the pattern is usually much more pixilated looking.

I agree no YB in this one. The saddle edges seem soft. Color is difficult to judge because your camera or phone is oversaturating significantly it seems. With a YB pied I would expect crisp “pixelated” edges and slightly different color/pattern. Here’s some comparison shots I did with a standard pied and a yb pied I produced:
