Egg development

Is it normal to get a few eggs that does not develop at same rate even though in same box and temperature?

Iv had 10 eggs that 5 pipped today and 5 other not pipped! 3 of the none pipped i was little worried about because egg had sunk in alot weeks before date should have pipped! The eggs that had pipped and heads out egg was fairly dry inside with no red blood vessels on inner shell , but the none pippers i cut had lot of gew and red blood vessels and yolk sack i saw in few!
Wy these slower to develop? This normal and will these be ok know iv cut a slit in egg?

As long as they are left in the egg they should be okay. You may need to help keep them hydrated with a little bottled water. Don’t use tap water.

Even if they were in the same box there can be different temperature gradients in the incubator so one part of the box may be a little cooler than the other. If all of the ones that popped are on one side, that was the warmer side.

I will turn my egg boxes when I check on them every couple weeks to try and even things out just in case when I have eggs cooking

They tend to synchronize hatching to within a couple of days, but it would be highly irregular in my experience for every single egg to pip within one 24 hour period.
