She really is super beautiful- is her species common in captivity? I don’t remember having heard of it before.

They are usually wild caught or captive born/imports, and rather uncommon. I have yet to see true USCCB for sale on MM.

I purchased locally and they had no idea of its history so I’m thinking import like Ashley mentioned. The adults have gotten harder to find put up for sale and babies even less so I jumped at the chance of grabbing this gal.

A vet check up and internal parasite treatment probably wouldn’t hurt, just to be safe. Darker than most viper boas I see for sale.
