My female, is a little over a year and I’ve had her on medium rats for a quite sometime and I recently upped her to large rats, 1 a week. When should I start her on small rabbits?

Judging by the picture I’d say you have quite some time before they are ready for rabbits.

If you go through rodent pro, large rats range from 174 - 279 g, where the smallest rabbit size available which would be the extra small rabbit is 0.5 - 0.9 pounds.
0.5 pounds is the high upper bound of the large rats. That was if you went by weight, but it really is about girth. Try to find a small rabbit and truly compare it to the girth of a large rat, and you will see the difference.
