I can’t find any information about this online. I want to know is it okay or normal for a female crested gecko to breed in the middle of her breeding season while Gravid, like within days of laying their second clutch of the breeding season and they’re being active again between then and when they’re big and Gravid again. One of my females just mated with their paired male during this exact time frame. Is this okay? Normal? Can this affect breeding season in a negative way, or a positive way? Thanks for any input!

If they’re kept together they’re gonna mate whenever, if the female isn’t ready she’ll reject him. Id only be worried if it was with a different male, since then it could be difficult to tell who’s the dad of any potential babies afterwards
