I was able to get a buyer to rate me, so i now have ratings, but cannot see them, i still do not have a “from sellers” tab. Perhaps it is hidden until seller ratings can no longer be modified? As a store, it says only you can see a rating you leave for a buyer, so if buyers are meant to be able to see them, the feature is not working.
Ratings don’t become public straight away. If a buyer claims that the transaction occurred by leaving a rating, sellers are then given a short period of time to dispute any ratings they disagree with. After 5 days it will be automatically confirmed and made public.
