This is my first time breeding and I’ve been pairing a male with this female for a few months now. Is this a good sign and is this bowl wrapping? Do I need to keep pairing once a month till she ovulates?

As a general just in case…double check your temps. Just make sure it’s not too warm in there because an overheated BP will do this too.
Otherwise, yes. That is considered bowl wrapping. I would keep pairing until ovulation.

I check my temps everyday with a heat gun, I keep the cool side 75-80 and hot side at 90 , I was told those were good temps to keep at

The hot spot/basking spot should be 88-90 tops. The overall ambient temp of the warm side should be closer to 85
