Freshly Shed Thread!

Thought this could be a fun place to show off all our snakes in their freshly shed glory!

Here’s my BEL paradox girly Skidmark looking simply lovely <3

She has a sligh deformity where her right eye is a touch smaller than her left, and I believe she’s completely blind on that side, but it’s done nothing to slow her down!

Thank you! She really is a beauty, with the personality to match. And I’m doing my best, I really love getting good pictures of my snakes!

Lol thanks! Can’t take credit as that’s what her breeder named her, and I just decided to keep it :joy:

And another one - something must be in the air, because I’ve got a lot of snakes in blue right now!

Some day I’ll capture her colors right, the pinkish hues on this girl are just gorgeous but will NOT show up on camera :sob:

@papadukes510 What a stunner! I really love how the white outlines from the tail saddles pop against the blacks!

@snake-obsessed-lesbo Oh, Charlie looks like such a sweetheart! Pretty little lady for sure :yum:

@emfraise Skidmark is gorgeous! I love the small amount of color she has. :open_mouth: Luckily the deformed eyes generally don’t get them down.

The hypo boa is also really nice! Got some really bold colors. Is she also jungle, or got something else going on?

Oh man @eorr53 that albino FL pine is a stunner!! Really reminds me of a keeled boa constrictor.

I have a few more snakes that either shed and I haven’t taken pics yet, or are still due to shed, but here’s what I can contribute atm.

Akasha, female fire het PP VPI. She just broke 1,000 grams.

Abaddon, male RR pastel hypo poss het VPI snow. He just got bumped to weaned rats.

Ixalan, male het VPI blood. Working on gaining weight and size atm. Already gaining well!

Nelliel, male hypo het VPI snow.

Baby Spice, female hypo het Kahl snow. She also just got bumped to weaned rats.

Thanks Cass! I never really thought about it that way. She does indeed look like a “red tail”!

Beautiful boas! Thanks for sharing.

She’s definitely a sweetie!

TYSM! Skid definitely hasn’t let the deformity hinder her in the least, and she slams ft small rats like a champ! :yum:

As for Nami, I actually reached out to the breeder and if his ID on the parents is correct (OT Hypo to OT Hypo), then she’s just a single gene OT hypo as well lol.

You certainly have a lot of gorgeous boas, yourself! I especially like Abaddon and Nelliel!

Oh man. I need to get a photo of my little paradox BEL later. She has that same kinda look like Skidmark. Hahah.
Just lighter cause she is at the least a super mojo hypo.
