Enchi and cinnamon are allelic, belonging to the 8 ball complex. The snake that possesses both enchi and cinnamon will pass on one or the other to each offspring. This is the same reason you are also unable to produce any normals from this pairing. If you want offspring that possess both enchi and cinnamon, the normal parent would need to be swapped with a parent that possesses enchi and/or cinnamon at a minimum, though I would caution you that if you have cinnamon present in both parents there is a chance to produce super cinnamon offspring which are known to be more prone to defects than most other morphs.
