Gearing up for the breeding season and need a little advive

Hi, my corn snakes are in brumation and I was writing down who I wanted to pair with whom and what not and I started to wonder how I should go about pairing 1 male to two females. Like how long is your “window” to breed the females in an adequate amount of time? I am also trying to figure out how to space out parings when I plan to feed females twice a week, and i give the males 3-day breaks in between. Thanks in advance.

You’ll want to give your male about 3 days off between breedings. If he was an older, experienced breeder you might cut that to 2 days’ rest.

In figuring out when to plan your breedings, one of the things you’ll want to consider, which isn’t always obvious, is if you’ll want both clutches potentially hatching at once. You might potentially need to be setting up 20 or more babies from each clutch. That can be a lot of fun, of course, but it’s guaranteed to be a lot of work.
Your decision on that point may impact how you’ll schedule the other issues around feeding and breeding.

Alright, I’ll keep this in mind. Thank you.

You are welcome. Best of luck!
