Hatchling Identification

Hello everyone. I have just recently started breeding leopard geckos and this was my first clutch to successfully hatch. The parents are Super Hypo Tangerine x RAPTOR. Both babies are pos super hypo and pos tangerine with het eclipse and het albino (tremper), but they have different coloration. I just wanted to ask why one of the babies have dark, black bands while the other one has brownish bands?

Please learn more about the genetics of the animals you are looking to breed.

Tangerine and super hypo are both line bred traits. This means that unless you are consistently breeding the best to the best, you will end up with a mix of offspring from fairly normal looking to tangs or super hypo tangs.
RAPTORs have been consistently lower quality over time because of people breeding them to lower quality animals. I don’t know the status of yours, but they are supposed to be super hypos and not have patterns. If yours has pattern on it’s back, you’re just diluting the super hypo tangerine to more normal looking geckos. If either parent of these geckos was also not a super hypo, they may not produce super hypos as consistently as one that was

These babies are far too young to ID. Likely the lighter one will be closer to a tangerine with less pattern as it grows. The darker may look more like a normal.
There really is no such thing as possible tangerine or possible super hypo as they are both line bred not recessive. Until they grow a bit more the only thing you will know for sure is that they are het albino and het eclipse.
