See I was thinking that too but I’ve never seen a scaleless head so I have no clue
The ones I’ve seen look dirty like the scales were scratched off.

Ok I took a closer look she still has her scales so definitely not a sh
It looks like a scar from a head rub, likely from an escape attempt.
