I agree that its a hypo jungle.
If i had to guess about the head to body ratio, the boa was probably fed too often/big of meals and its simply been raised too fast. Easily fixed at that size, id feed a small rat every few weeks or longer until she becomes sqaure and head catches up. You can really see it in those last updated photos outside that her back end especially is over weight.
