Hello. I have had the yellow one for almost a year now which I picked up from someone local who had no idea of its background or genes.
The second one I also just picked up from someone local about 3 months ago. Ive just been curious what they may be. TIA

The top one is an albino, and the bottom one is a banana.
They may have some other genes involved (the albino in particular looks like it’s possibly got some other stuff in the mix), but as I’m not a ball python expert, I’ll refrain from speculating and leave that to the folks who actually know what they’re talking about. I know just barely enough to be confident about the albino and banana IDs.
Super pretty snakes!

Pretty sure the first one is Albino black pastel. The color really pops and the markings are a little more erratic than cinnamon albinos.
Second is banana/coral glow (same gene).
Banana looks bright for it’s size still but offhand I wouldn’t be able to tell you why.

I’m seeing more white at the bottom of the alien heads than I would expect for a single-gene banana. Could calico be in the mix?
(I know I said I wouldn’t speculate, but I guess I lied. )

Pastel is maybe the more likely possibility I think. Weirdly it can make those almost calico whites creep in. A better full body shot could help.

First is an albino black pastel, could possibly be a very nice looking albino but I think albino black pastel is more likely. The second is a banana. Beautiful snake!
